Default Clutch
The clutch pedal is really easy to press in aND it won't go into to gear without extreme force and when I try and put it into reverse all it does is grind any ideas on what it is?

Yes, clutch is not disengaging completely. Have you checked the fluid level?

might need to bleed too. stop tearing up your transmission.

I addition to likely being low on clutch fluid, you might also have some bad/failing parts in your clutch's hydraulic system. But check the fluid first and report back to us.
