Brake question
I installed ceramic brake pads about 700 miles back and did the break-in. Now I've replaced the rotors. Should I do the break-in again?

Yes!
In my experience I don't see the that process as something that's just done and over with forever. If you look around at other cars you'll notice some that have shiny rotors with no pad material transferred. The pad film can wear away from climate/driving style. If you use a later heavier braking style I've found that to keep pad material on the rotor better.
Though I'm not sure it matters for a daily driver it's just something I notice through brake experience from racing.
