Ok folks I have a 94 Black beauty named Ivy. I am a custom painter so is it wrong to do say, tru fire on a vette or should I stay subtle with just pearls. This will be rolling advertisement for me. I have attached a camaro I painted for reference although wont be this extreme if I go this route. Any ideas greatly appreciated!

A c4 with flames is not good advertisement. They represented new technology and sports car not hot rod. IMO it's like a bmw or Mercedes with flames. It does not belong. To each their own.

Yea I'm thinking more subtle and classic. Think I might do a pearl just to enhance the lines and slick it out make it look 10 foot deep

I've seen some Ghost flames paint jobs that looked pretty trick but it would have to be very minimal to work.

Your car but have fun showcasing your work on the less than extreme side. That Camaro looks wrapped so that must have taken some time to do all that work.

I agree with pologreen1. I love the real flames but do not believe they look good on a Corvette (or 3rd gen Camaros).

I certainly appreciate the talent and work that goes into laying them down but they are not for every car. IMHO they look great on 40's and 50's cars along with some pickups.

I vote for ghost flames on your Corvette.
