PKE questions ..
I'm a former C4 owner .. currently have a c5 and a c7.
My neighbor just bought a pristine '93 Anniversary Special coupe .. Ruby Red. Nice car. He's in his 80's and not internet savvy ..
He got a pair of keys with the car .. but no key fobs, and asked me if I could help him locate a pair of fobs for it.
My C4 had the keyless entry system (PKE) .. was that standard on all the '93s or was it an option?
Are the fobs available anywhere for purchase? And if so, can they be paired easily to the car?
Any info would be greatly appreciated ..
