Found another potential.
91 model year
good paint
good interior
has code 32 for egr
low beams work - high beams don't
roof panel has crazing and a crack
60K miles
can probably buy a little under 5K

Pictures? Doesn't sound bad for 5k, not with that little information anyway.

I'd start with 3500 and stop at low 4000. Is everything including AC and other creature comforts working? My PO had the habit of pulling stuff out he didn't want to work on. Starter relay fused? NP. Push button and call it a "security upgrade". How did you know there was a code 32? Did you scan it? Service records? Compression of motor? Check trans fluid. If it is very fresh, I'd be nervous that he changed it as a "hail mary" fix. If you are uncertain, have a GM dealer do a PDI. Check for old bushings and shocks.

Without seeing the car, I'd say that's a good price for a 91 with those miles. I certainly wouldn't sell mine at that price.

I agree with $3000-$4000. I just bought a sweet '92 for $7000 which is the 1st yr with 300hp. I only looked at '92-'96 but I believe '91s were 250hp.

I don't think I would want less than 300hp, 250 might be just fine but...I think they are slightly less desirable so they should be priced accordingly.

I kinda liked the 91 because you won't be dealing with the opti and you have the newer body style. Driven both l98 and lt1 and can't tell much of a difference especially if just cruising. However, you will be dealing with r12 instead of 134a on the A/C. Most all acrylic roof panels have the crazing and cracks (a crack) are common as my 94 has a crack and the crazing. 5k seems ok for the low miles with good paint and good interior.
