Default LED Headlight Installation

I tried installing LED fog lights and headlights on my 1988, 35th Anniverssary and I'm having some challenges. I installed the LED's on the fog lights and they worked fine with the halogen head lights. When I installed the LED head lights, I had all types of problems. The high beam would not work with the fog lights on. The high beam only worked with fog lights off. Then when I would turn the fog lights on, the headlights would turn on.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to get my LED headlights and fog lights to work together?
Thanks in advance,
Joe

Did or do they have load resistors? LEDs use allot less power and you often have to "fool" the system so a similar amount of current draw happens to make things work right.

The problem happens because some years used the high beam filament to ground the fog lights. Running a separate ground will solve that problem.

They did not come with a resistor. Got a fix from another member and they are all working properly now.
Thanks for the information...
Greatly appreciated!
