Default Quick LT1 hose question...

Hello C4 Gents,

I'm putting a '95 LT1 in my '67 project (read my C2 thread to see why) and not sure where the hose from the two rear steam vents routes to. I have a short hose on it now to remind me to complete this. When I bought the engines, the hoses were cut off. Does it tie into the radiator overflow line or ??? Thanks in advance!

There's a tee coming out of the top passenger side of the radiator. It tees there and continues on to the pressure tank at the base of the passenger windshield above the a/c.

great, thanks!! I figured it went to the pressure tank in some manner, just wanted to make sure of the routing.

OP - So long as your "bleed pipe" is plumbed directly to the radiator you'll have no issues, no TEE to anything unless you used the Corvette recovery system completely. Add a port to the RH tank of your radiator. Both the F-body and the B/D-body I believe used a much less complicated coolant recovery scheme. In the F/B/D I believe it was routed through the throttle body on the way to the radiator. You of course with the '95 Corvette don't have the throttle body coolant passage.

This might help you visualize the T in the Corvette routing:
