Default fx3 question

So I recently bought my second c4. It's a 93 6 speed with the fx3 package. Unfortunately the previous owner disconnected the fx3, got rid of the actuators and replaced the shocks. I want to piece the system back together and get it working again eventually. My question is about the actuators that go on top of the shocks. I'm trying to figure out what the correct part numbers are for the front and rear actuators. It seems there are different actuators for different years and zr1s. I looked on Mid America and found the part numbers they list. But theirs say they are for 89-95? And the part numbers they give don't seem to match up with any of the part numbers I've seen when I've looked on ebay. Any insight or even anyone who has a 93 with the fx3 that could tell what the part numbers are would be great.

Actuators are actually '89 - '95, shocks '89 - '91 and '92 - '95

This might be a read to sort out what is and isn't.

If you have the FSM you want to confirm that everything other than the shocks and actuators are present.. Assume nothing A good inventory tool could be the page following the wiring diagram in 8A-43. It will have the location of all critical components, where to look for components and 8A-201 images for visualizing. Having a '93 would be a + I'd think BUT as expensive as it's likely to become it might require lots of thought. If you found someone that was maybe converting to a coil-over and removing maybe a reasonable buy of the package BUT the shocks I don't believe are rebuilt any longer through Bilstein so ....

You might want to talk to Bilstein. They used to stock all the parts.

They also used to stock a variety of modules. That was pretty neat.

Also check out this thread. Search is your friend.

Everything stated above is 100% correct

Thanks for the info. My plan is to buy a piece here and there and hopefully within a year or so I can find everything to put the system back together. The control box for the system is still present fortunately as is the wiring clip that gets inserted into it.

I pulled my whole FX3 system out of my 92 a couple of years ago, and would be willing to set the whole package. Actuators, pigtail harnesses, black box . All in perfect working order. (Also have the OEM Bilsteins) If you are interested, PM me.
