Alarms
1996 Collectors Edition with LT-4. I replaced the car battery after the car sat for over a month. Now there is an alarm sounding. It sounds like a flute going continuously, not an intermittent beep. Didn't matter if doors were open or closed, engine running or not. Did not drive the car to road test. Disconnected battery overnight so it wouldn't drain. Looking for suggestions.

It's not the factory alarm, that would be the horn and be obvious. Is it possible the car has an aftermarket alarm system? Although a flute doesn't sound like any sort of alarm to me. First thing to try is let it sit for a while (which you already have) and hook it up again. You never know.
