Correct me if I'm wrong, please.
In 1990, Code 26 is a frame sensor resistance problem.
In 1991, Code 26 is "open steering column circuit". (Clockspring).
Am I correct that if I used a 1991 FSM to diagnose a Code 26 on a 1990, I was working on the wrong thing? Thanks.

I believe that I can sort all of the '90 diagnostics for you and send via email. I've dropped you a PM with my email. With the FSM information and a couple of the TSB you should have no issues. The TSB are likely sufficient but you might as well have it all.
