Small problem I know but my horn on my 94 is inoperable. I noticed when I sit in the car and hit the buttons I can hear a faint click somewhere over under the dash at right side so somethings getting out there.....which I take as a positive sign.... Is there some common issue with this that will help me track it down?
These old horns fail a lot. All dead on both our 'vettes. Some have had luck taking out the stop screw and lubricating the factory horns. I went to Pep Boys and got some FIAAM Freeway Blasters (since it's a daily driver, not a show car).
That the click is audible means your horn buttons are working. So I suspect you've got a pair of dead horns.
These cars are invisible, and I've definitely gotten my moneys worth many times over.

^^ I agree that it is a likely cause. My car had just 28,000 miles on it when I bought it and both horns were dead. I went the expensive route through a Chevy dealer and bought two NOS horns for around $100. Works great now.
