wiper delay

what is the difference in 1984 wiper with delay function and 1988 through 1996?

Hi
The 84-87 is one type of wiper motor, 88-96 the other so unlikely to be interchangeable.

The wiper motor lid has the delay function board in it.

The later motor became the service part for all years maybe something late in '89 or early '90. I believe that a short harness for the later was the only requirement.

I believe this is a double post by the OP and I responded to the other one asking questions.
