Got back on the road and still seemed to be running hot!
Got stuck in some traffic and it got 232-236 and started stumbling like a ****.
Big bog right off idle.....
I smoked it and found a small intake leak.
Coolant bottle was leaking around the brass neck.
Air temp. charge sensor was reading about 50 degrees high.
And looked in between the condenser and the radiator and found a bunch of crap ! (Bear claw wrapper, newspaper bag, leaves, grass, and rocks !(a least 60% was blocked !!)
So parked it again and waited on more parts.
Ran a fuel pressure test, and it did not hold pressure more than 20 min. so I leak tested the injectors......2 that were questionable, finger wasn't wet but smelled like gas.
Pulled the radiator and cleaned all the stuff outa the fins.

Intake set
Coolant bottle
Air temp. sensor
Low temp. fan switch 195 on- 180 off

And while I waited on parts, I cleaned and polished...
Scrubbed the wheels, and upgraded the lighting.

Great work and pictures, you have a nice car there. Who's eating bear claws under the hood of your vette!

Looks like a fun project.

Ha project it seems to be....
Got it back together, and all was good until it warmed up.
Then it would bog and stall if you cracked the throttle open from an idle.
If you slowly opened the throttle and got past 1100-1200 rpm it would scream if you cracked open the throttle.
So I ran some more tests, and did some reading on this great forum!
I found out 2 injectors were dropping in ohms as the heated up, says they are batch fired and 1 bad injector can cause problems with the other ones.( I have 2, and 2 slow leakers)
A quick call to Jon @ Fuel Injection Connection (FIC) and he had me hooked up with some Bosch 3 replacements ....way better than the Multecs
And of course while I waited on parts, I continued cleaning...
