ECS requires a snapshot of the "ORIGINAL" to get a replacement. They don't just supply them on a simple request. I've used them previously but very long time ago when they had just entered the market providing the service.
Their primary service is to collision shops for legitimate repairs and that service is a valid charge to the insurance companies. there are others that provide similar service but theirs isn't thought to be a near the quality piece that ECS delivers.
