As I stare at the picture i see the poor quality of the picture. I assure you other than the crack in the targa top the vehicle is flawless. The windows are clean despite how the picture shows. Sorry

Trust me, window's look so good you can see the reflections, just like the paint showing crisp clear reflections.

My only suggestions, get little white tire chalk, and color in the Tune port injections, make it standout.
Has you can see with my C4!
Enjoy your ride, it's beauty......

It's not dirty, it's those nasty nasty reflections.

I was actually going to buy a red paint pen and trim the tip to a very fine point and paint it red inside the letters very carefully.

well I would like to be different and just because it is different it will pop out more. Had also considered a patriotic red white and blue combination.

While I appreciate your patriotism, please don't mix too many colors; your car looks great as is.

I don't know if you have a 86 or 87, wheels will tell, but you have a great looking original. A lot of owners of those years swap wheels.

Looks sweet!

Don't discount changing tires in the future. I changed mine (also an 86) a few months ago because of some upcoming trips. I found you may have to wait a month or more for 16's and it's looking like it will never get better. I was able to come up with 18x9.5" +40mm rims and 255x40zr18 tires - they fit just like the oem 255x50zr16's on 16x9.5" +38's do. They fit in the same relative position as the oems do, no rubbing or issues with them plus there's a whole lot more companies making this size of tires. Same width, same height, same position in the wheel well, fit beautifully and handles great. If you have a tire failure, it should take a lot less time to get a replacement than waiting for oem's. I was worried that the slightly smaller sidewall might be an issue, but it has not. No difference in ride or handling quality.

Just saying, keep it open as it may save you headaches down the road.

your car it's very beautiful too. But I like things looking stock. I don't mind changing little things to personalize but I like the majority to look stock. As far as tires there is no headache there. I'm using currently the 245/50 16 and they look and perform well. They are easy to get and a full set costs about 600 dollars mounted and balanced.

So heres how I freshened my lettering on the trim piece. I took a silver paint pen and just forced the paint into the recessed letters. You will have silver on the surrounding areas as well.... Now just take some mineral spirits and a cotton rag. Push your finger into the rag hard to make the rag taught. Dip it in the mineral spirits and wipe back and forth over the surface of the trim piece with very light pressure. This will clean the surrounding areas leaving the recessed areas with new fresh paint and looking new.

So nobody here judges me or thinks I'm lazy. I haven't cut my grass yet because I wear a lot of hats around the homefront. As I had previously mentioned I have a wife with a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I do not currently work at a job I get paid for which is what made restoring/repairing the 84 such a hard or impossible task for me and the 86 a better choice. There are no acceptable options available for myself to work outside of the home as of yet due to my wife's disability. She can't walk w/o assistance and at home is confined to a wheelchair. She can walk with a walker but not with any degree of stability and must have someone there to help her. She has a mental disability now that effects her judgement and reasoning skills and is also unable to be home by herself for that reason as well. She requires surgery that could potentially fix her mobility but due to the brain injury it's self that isn't an option because she can no longer handle anesthesia and may not wake up from it or with loss of cognitive function. She spent 3 months in a coma and another 9 in a rehab hospital where WE helped her get better and to where she is now. I was there the entire time with her or we wouldn't even have a relationship now because she wouldn't even remember who I was. She has a 15 year memory loss and a difficult time keeping things in her memory for the future. So I am the cook, the launderer, the maintenance man, the one who mows the lawn, the one that fixes the cars, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, and care taker. And it has been so hot and humid I don't feel like wearing myself out mowing my lawn. PLUS in a week or so i can probably get my oldest son to do it when he visits. I am in no way upset or anything or offended by the mow your grass comment. I just thought it would help if some of you knew a little backstory on me and my life. I enjoy interacting with each of you and am so glad i have you guys to bs with about my car.
