Default 1996 sensor panel issues

This forum has been very helpful over the 5 years I have owned this 1996 C4! The sensors have started to fail which lite up on the panel which include the tire pressure alerts. The car continues to function very well. Should I be concerned about these sensors as I maintain the maintenance very well and probably do not need alerts. Any responses appreciated! Thanks R Woolley

Not sure exactly what "sensors" you're referring to on what panel. More info please!

The panel with lights just above the radio. This includes lights for tire pressure, traction control, low oil and others. The censors have failed and I am unsure if I need to replace the sensors. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks R Woolley!

The owner's manual will explain the DIC light functions and it will vary with option content of the car. You might explain the "light" that interests you specifically and when it lights.

There's a specific light sequence that you should have with initial "key-on" before turning to crank. I doubt that all have failed so you need to get specific.

Thanks for the response. The issue began when I had a new radio installed. Now all sensor lights do not work. The tire sensors have been removed by the former owner. The low oil sensor has failed before this issue. The traction control was working. All lights come on with key on before crank. The check engine light does not work. I know too complicated for this forum but I appreciate the help! R Woolley

It's not common for sensors in a 96 vette to just start failing. Consider an OBD II reader or pull codes to see what failures the ECM and CCM are seeing.

The issue began when I had a new radio installed.
Sounds like you've already discovered what the problem is, improper installs will cause fits with the CCM and other control modules.
