Sound Deadening!
So I spent a little time today sound deadening the storage compartments on the Vette, took some patience working in such a tight spot. I only hit my head on the roof roughly 15 times ! I basically used the carpet insert to outline on the sound deadening and it came out pretty decent. I couldn't get every single little crack but if I spent a few hours doing it i'm sure it could be better, but seeing as it's something noone will see I think it's just fine. I noticed that the drone in 6th gear while cruising is actually a little bit quieter, which is nice

It makes a big difference
I already did the cabin, outside skirts, and the driver's door panels. I have to do the passenger side to finish.
I also added good quality heat barrier to the transmission tunnel, below the shifter, and to the resonator. All made a big difference, the center console is no longer transmitting heat and my legs are no longer well done.

I didn't take photos of it. That day was 115°F but will take photos when I get the other side done.
