Recently bought a 1992 Corvette convertible with just 15k miles. It runs great, but the front end feels a bit loose to me. What kind of shocks are people putting on the front?
My goodness. Where did you find a 25 year old car with 15,000 miles? I thought my car was a unicorn when I bought it last year....2000 C5 with 34,000 miles. Was yours a barn find or just some little old lady who only drove it once a month?
Either way, nice find. Just be wary of dry rot on seals, tires, gaskets and hoses. Sometimes lack of use can be as bad or worse than mis-use. Ask me how I know.
If the front end seems loose, I'd be looking at the steering and suspension bushings rather than shock absorbers. Even if the car is low mileage, those things are made of rubber if they are factory parts and they will tend to get rotten over time.

tires have just as much to do with that feeling then all the parts you listed. If the car has the original tires I could see how it could feel odd
