Intermittent idle jump

Intermittent idle jump
’94 has run like a top all year. This morning while sitting at stop light the idle suddenly jumped up. If I didn’t have my foot on the brake I would have bumped the car in front of me.
Ran fine once at 36-55 mph, but did it again when I was pulling into the garage.
Any thoughts or ideas on what this could be?

I could be a bunch of things, so here goes (in order of probability, IMHO...)
1) sticky TB because its dirty
2) Vacuum leak causing it to idle high
3) coolant sensor telling the IAC to open causing ti to idle high
OR.... your Opti is beginning to go... but I'm not an Opti guy so disregard. I've learned to blame everything on the Opti for a LT1/4.
It may not be accurate but it is easier.
