Default Code C 41.....................

Hello all ,
I have seen thread talking on 4 pages of code 41 ,but I cannot find back...I am French ,and I have bought this Vette at Houston during 2003 .........with 140,000 miles ,now I have 180,000 .....First I got vats problem ,...so One prom PCforless was installed ,to by pass ,vats .After opti changed due to wter pump leakings ,all ok .2 years after another opti occured ,then ok ..Having with automatic box overdrive slipping ,box overhauled ,and after sometime ,I had only 1st gear ,no more .......back to specialist for guarantee ,and now he place a new valve body .All seems ok ,but just after ,throttle cable broken, oil pressure off ,,then all ok .Just right after ,making road tests ,after 0,5 mile ,engine have some cylinders not firing ,and very little power ,engine don't stall ,I have succceed,to reach home and I fill some fuel more ;So another test ,after 4 miles ,again weak power some exhaust detonations ,and engine stall middle of the road.and impossible to start again .......as I had allready opti problem I guess it was again .
I ordered one Petris ventilated ,and repaired all myself ,it's a big job .Before assemble everything back I test engine to fired ,no sparks ..........I erase all codes ,then no codes at all .........Firing ok .eveything back ,all ok .Filling water as service manual ,and I ran the engine to see if fans were working (engine starts after 1 seconds as usual) ;All ok ,iddle steady 500 rpm ,and after 20 minutes ,iddle was going up and down ,weak power and stall ;Since no firing ,I got H16,,H 41 and C41 that the only codes (this one bad ). ,After the first firing I did it with "old coil and old ICM),so I replace both ..Now I am wondering ,if it's not the same problem as the last .All parameters were ok ,engine fired nicely and after 20seconds stall..again..........All parameters were ok ,and something happenned to stall ,let says ,it is the 3 rd time ,very strange; If somebody ,can tell me something ,I will be happy .I am looking for bad grounds ,so far I have not seen any ,too tiny space for me ....
Thanks in advance

Are you using factory work books? If not, there is French version that was used in Canada which maybe easier to understand. I would check to be sure female connector terminals are not spread. You should be able verify signal from opti to ecm, and from ecm to icm.

Yes I am using factory service manuals ,I know when I order these books ,I miss to order them in french.......but as I have worked ,all my life in mecanical business ,I am use to do with ,I am ok.
What I am worry about my problems is that they are looking to be the same for 3 times .Also ,with manuals they say to check with CKT 800 ,but I don't know where it is .As engine was running very good for 20 minutes ,that's eliminate a lot ,of parameters .After looking everywhere ,maybe I have something wrong ,with ECM ,but before to repair it ,in USA ,I want to be sure of this option

CKT 800 - look at FSM 6E3-A16 for ECM pin locations and for most drivability issues concentrate on that section of the FSM. CKT 800 is a data line that's involved in communications for nearly everything. CKT 800 in your FSM will generally in all diagrams be displayed as "800 TAN". Is your FSM paper or digital .pdf?

For CCM CKT 800 see 8D-14
