For several years commuting I happened across a mid 90's C4 that regardless the weather the gal drove it everyday. I never saw 'winters' or anything other than conventional tires on it. It was in NOVA and it saw plenty of travel on days when others struggled. Even then I did 4 X Blizzak for winters on my FWD SSEi. We both did the very early AM journey.
I don't garage or store mine in the winter and in PA, things have not been bad. As I said that, we have had accumulating snow 4 times already. Roads are now clear. She was out last night. Both the C4 and C7 see action all winter.

Once the roads have been salted my babies are in hibernation. They don't come out til the salt is washed away by several spring rains. The motorcycle on the other hand just has to go out and play at least once a month in the winter.

Reason: spelling
Down here in Texas, we don't get much snow, but it can occasionally get really cold (except for either last week or the week before, snowed like someone opened the wrong side of a parmesan bottle and tipped the whole thing upside down). First year with the 94, but I've run her all winter and she's done real well. She did well in the snow too, saw mustangs, camaros, chargers, challengers, lots of mercedes and lexus cars either sitting in the middle of the road or stuck off to the side, but never saw a single vette get stuck on the ride home (and there were a couple infront of me). It was terrifying, she slid around a bit, but she didn't once get stuck.
