stuck hatchback window

1987 corvette, back window hatchback not working how can we open it

C4's are not hatchbacks.

I found this on another form.

It is under the rear hatch trim,just to the passenger side of the latch assembly. It is a small cable tucked under the trim. You will have to feel around for the cable under the trim piece.

The cable is fairly short, but you should be able to grab it and pull back towards you. It will help to have somebody press down on the glass by the two round covers so that the lock will open easier.

Once the hatch is open, you can access the hatch relay by removing the U-shaped trim piece. Did you check the fuse panel for a blown fuse? Basic electrical troubleshooting should find the cause of the problem.
