My 94 is over heating.
The car runs cool as long as I'm going 40+ MPH, however if I'm stopped in traffic or having to go slow the car will start to over heat.. I bought the 94 back in February and it ran fine (duh, it was winter and the cooler temps helped). I'm think that the electric fan isn't coming on, but I haven't had the chance to check it when it's hot. Is this a common problem with C4's and what did y'all do to fix it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there is a lot of confusion on this and why there is this sticky at the top:

What temp do you consider over heating? Using the digital gauge temps up to 230 sitting in traffic are perfectly normal. The analog gauge is logarithmic and therefore useless.

I should have looked for the sticky!!! If I sit in traffic the car will be bumping the 260 mark on the gauge so I'm guess around 250. one time the warning light came on so it was hitting the 260ish mark. Thanks for the reply I'll check out the sticky above.
Thanks again !

Push the "gauges" button on your dash and scroll through the options until you get to coolant temp. What is the digital gauge reading?
