Default New Wheels

My 1992 Coupe had ROH International wheels on it when I bought it, but the hub area was damaged on one of these. Since I haven't been able to find a replacement, I'm looking at some new wheels.
It looks like the original size was 17x10 with a 50mm offset.
I found some on Jegs that resemble the C7 wheel, sized at 17x9.5 with a 54mm offset that are suppose to fit.
My car is lowered, so I'm curious if anyone can offer their experience with these as far as fit and quality as they seem quite inexpensive.

Stock 92 wheels were 17x9.5 with a 56mm offset.

Default Repro ZR-1 OE Wheels on Lowered C4?

While my car isn't a ZR-1, I need to replace the wheels and tires. I'm interested in going with the repro ZR-1 wheels from OE Wheels, and the Nitto 555 G2's. Can anyone advise how the rears fit on a lowered C4 with 315's on their 17x11 rims?

Yep, so a 17x9.5 ET54 will fit just fine.

The OEM ZR1 17x11 were 35mm the GS 17x11 are 50mm. 17x11 have been front and rear by some members, but i don't remember what wheels were used.

I use the GS fitment (50mm offset) 11" wheels at all four corners of my non-ZR1 C4. That fitment will work on any 88-96 C4 that isn't a ZR1, and any diameter from 17" and up is fine. Tires are 315 section width, and they clear everything too. The ZR1 fitment (36mm offset) should work perfectly on 84-87 C4s, or one could use the 50mm wheels with 3/4" spacers.

Thanks for the feedback!
Matthew, is your C4 lowered as well? Do the outside edge of the tires extend beyond the fenders, or is it fairly flush with that offset?

I'm turning moderately hard to the left there, but also accelerating hard, so the front right corner is about at resting ride height and the rear is a little lower than its resting ride height.

So you are using the 11" wheels with the 50mm offset and also use the 3/4 spacer? I'm looking to just put the 11" wheels on back but would like them to be flush and clear rear fender. I like the way yours looks, I like the bigger rear tire look for some reason.

No spacer on my car. It's a 1996, so 50mm offset puts the wheels in exactly the right location in the wheel wells, both front and rear. To use these same wheels on an early (84-87) C4, that would require a spacer of 18mm (about 3/4"). If I had an early C4, I'd probably go that route rather than get the correct 36mm offset wheels, just because the 50mm wheels fit a lot more cars and can more easily be sold or traded later.

Chuck, glad I could help. And thanks both of you for the compliments. I don't know exactly why, but having 11" wheels and 315 tires front and rear together just make these cars look a lot better. I get compliments on the car at gas stations and such, out of the blue, even though as you can see it's not a show car. Other than being lower and the rolling stock, there's little else visually different about my car compared to any other later C4.
