Default check out this 90 vert with c5 body kit
Saw this advertised locally - at first glance I thought it was a typo until I saw the shell hood open - actually looks OK and lots of money spent including the interior. Seems like a good deal for 10k cdn (about 8k us).

It depends on how much you want a c5 when you can only afford a c4. Not for me.

We all have our opinion,of course.
I have never seen a body mod that made a C4 look better than stock.

I think he had a great expense to change to C5, price asking is cheap!

Funny thing is, most clean C4 cars of that era are now worth the same or more than a C5 counterpart. C5 prices are in the toilet, and circling the drain.
