Those LED retrofits range from truly horrifying to merely dangerous and annoying. As I stated above, the danger is more to yourself than to other vehicles. They are annoying to other vehicles, but the accidents I've seen with those setups at night have all been single car accidents, usually with significant damage (often total loss damage) to the vehicle with the LED "Conversion" lights.
What exactly does that prove? That if I have stock lights I won't get into said accidents or that with those LED lights, my odds of an accident go up because that was all you saw?
These are what I had before this latest set. These 90 dollar ones are worth every extra dollar over them. They're brighter, put the light in more useful places, throw a wider pattern, and give off less glare.
I would send those back and get the ones I posted. You wont regret it.

I have decided i have one complaint, which isnt too bad i guess. I wish i could aim them a bit higher. Theyre maxed out in height adjuztment, i would go higher if i could. I might try to replace the adjustment screws with something longer...
well I cant return mine as I did the "fix" on them to not have the high beam indicator on all the time when fogs are on lol

I did it on the light side of the plug as I didnt wanna mess with my cars wiring.

Then you own it. Sorry to say. I'd use that to test but for final install, I'd cut the car side and solder with heat shrink if I were to do that. Before you return everything, why don't you try to use the plug in ones and see if it works? That is the route I took. If it didn't work everything is returned.
I'm interested in getting a set of these for my 91 vert, when I type in the info it comes up with headlamps for Jeep wranglers, are the for both vehicles?
