One thing to check , make sure your **** is not all the way down, it will stop the lights fron going down.Pull off the button and try the lights. I found this out after replacing my headlight button.

Are you saying that both headlight doors quit at the same time? Have the doors worked okay up until this time? If one headlight door has been giving you trouble, which one has it been? Has either door been making any funny noises? The answer to these question is critical to solving your problem.
