Need part name
I am need to know the name of this past I circled. The hose is rotted out that is connected to the bottom of it. I am trying to figure out where the hose runs to and how to replace it. Any other information is welcome. Thank you.

That's your cruise control servo. There are two hoses that connect to the servo. One hose goes to a "tee" with one side of the "tee" going to a vacuum reservoir chamber, and the other side of the "tee" going to a vacuum check valve near the intake manifold. The other hose goes thru your firewall to a switch/valve on the brake pedal arm.
