Mine all must have had the “smokers option”. They all had cig lighters and the ashtray insert fot use in one of the cup holders.
I’ve got at least 3 or 4 ashtrays sitting in a cabinet in my garage.

I had an 84 that came with a small metal ashtray that fit in the cup holder. I removed the ash tray. Other than that, I don't think there was anything else that would have been part of a smoker's package. Up until recently, cars came standard with an ashtray and a socket lighter and I assumed the C4 was the same.
