Brake booster?

Default Brake booster?
So when driving the vette the brakes began to fade quickly then nothing. However when i try to move the car it feels like the brakes are on? Is this just the booster or something more?

If you are having to put the pedal to the floor and it is rock hard and takes a lot of force to stop then that is the booster.
