Default Blower issues
Added Freon to system unit cools ok but blower blows down on floor instead of louvers what could be issue?

If its a 1996 then it is a well known issue with the vacuum control box underneath the dash. Not a big deal but a PITA to get to...

Automatic , possible vacuum leaks because we bought this car as a project for my son and I to work on together found so may rat nest chewed wires OMG has been a nightmare, besides a money cow but we are almost there ( a finished project ) just hitting some roadblocks like wiring issues and blower not sending air to grilles
