Default 1990 Radio Question

Ok, so my radio (Bose with CD player) wasn't getting power so I decided to pull it out and see what was up. When I removed it I discovered that it wasn't plugged in. I also discovered that the radio has two plugs, a 7 pin and I think a 6 pin, and that the area behind the radio only had one plug, the 6 pin that comes from the driver side behind. Anyone know what the other plug goes too and why on earth mine is missing? My WAG is that goes to the radio receiver under the passenger side dash but I figured I would ask before I started tearing it apart to see if mine is in there or not.

attached are pics of the radio and plugs

I'm willing to bet the other connector is tucked back there somewhere, just feel around. If the car previously had an aftermarket head unit installed, it's unlikely the PO would have cut any of the factory wiring if they used the proper adapter to bypass the CDM under the passenger-side dash. I just installed an aftermarket head unit on my '90 last weekend, so this all looks familiar to me.
