Start issues
Good afternoon,
I have a 1987 Corvette, and whenever I try to start the vehicle when cold I have to crank the engine a few times for it to turn over. When the car has been running though, it starts up on the first try every time. I was thinking possibly a fuel pump issue? Any other suggestions?

Yes, you need to check your fuel pressure. Pull from the schrader valve on your fuel rail. Should be 40ish.
Before your pull the fuel pump, when was the last time the fuel filter was changed? If dirty, the Fuel filter can cause hard start problems.
