Any time you have a temperature problem go though the Basics, is it good coolant topped off and at a proper mix too weak (watery)a running car at Highway speed can freeze Radiator in cold enough areas.
The front of Radiator is it clear of debris this includes the gap between AC & Radiator and of course the Thermostat isn't stuck.

coolant temp problems
vehicle isn't overheating has new coolant and all aluminum radiator no a/c condenser at this time new thermostat 195 degree. I think it might be electrical but don't know where to start looking
