92- 93? they changed to white in 94... also need to light it as some changes were made during the 90-93 dash as to the center LCD display.

Hard to tell without it being turned on 90-93 look alike (orange numbering) but the location of data on the LED differs. IIRC 90-91 MPH/KPH at bottom fuel gauge at top. 92-93 MPH/KPH at top Fuel gauge at bottom.

The tag on the top of the inside of the cluster says "LT-1 LAB 16158831 Delco electronics Corporation. I see a small blue tag on the lower corner with some numbers that do not look like a date code.
