What do ZR1 Owners think of other C4s?
Maybe I missed something, but do ZR1 owners think other C4 owners are just enjoying the Poor Man's Corvette and can't afford nice things?
Do they try to seperate themselves form other C4s to feel more special?

Absolutely,we look at base C4s like it's something we would scrape off the bottom of our shoe. Ask a stupid question get a stupid answer.

The ZR-1 owners are easily butt hurt.
for example, ill go on to their sub site and say that i like the c4 zr-1 better than the c6 zr-1 (which is true). You think they would like me with a comment like that.
instead, they will think im making fun of them and say stuff like ‘get lost troll’.
wont even research me and see that im a 20 yr diehard c4 member.
many have bought their zr-1’s for investment but thats failed to be fruitful.

I had a 96 LT-4 and now have a ZR-1. You can say I have come to my senses and got the C4 that is the best. All C4’s are cool but the ZR-1 is a special car compared to the other C4’s.

Every Corvette owner thinks their car is special and have their reasons why not to like another Corvette.
ZR-1 owners do suffer a disorder of being completely forgotten or cast off. A lot of that is philosophy from GM at the time the car was discontinued internally. It doesn’t help it also resides in the C4 generation which seems to be the current laughing stock of the Corvette forum and car word.
Currently owning several C4’s including multiple Z’s they are all fun. I am most disappointed with the owners.

When I had my 84 other C4 owners were complete douche bags, wouldn't give me the time of day so if other C4 owners feel snubbed,so be it. LONG LIVE THE KING!

Not sure where this is coming from but in the 13 years of owning my car I've never a Z owner look down on a base C4,some might have gotten the impression but that's simply not true.

Came across someone who said they had customized ZR1 A-Molds they would sale. I asked for pictures, got a response telling me they won't fit my car and and price given out in context like I either I can't afford them, shouldn't spend that money on another C4, or just didn't know what I was asking about. Not sure of which, but it was annoying and never received pictures. However based on some of the above, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
The last ZR1 owner I met at a car show and was parked next tool was a very cool guy. Guess it takes all kinds.

TROLL ALERT!! Methinks it's the other way around: jealousy on the part of a minor few base C4 owners. (Hellz bellz, I'd venture to say most of us Z owners were base car owners at one time. I know I was; loved my 95/M6 LT1 car!)

Thats CF bullsh***... I have yet to run across a C4 ZR1 owner ( in person) who snubs their nose at other C4's... I happen to love me some C4ZR1...
If i am being honest, i don't particularly care for the base C4's... I have always gravitated towards the ZR1, Grand Sport, Collectors Edition (LT4) in that order.
I have owned and modded a 2012 ZR1.. loved every minute of it. I could have bought a C4ZR1... But chose to pick up my current 96 Grand Sport. Love to drive it and like the ZR1, it turns heads everywhere i go.

This was a post out of frustration. A mod is more than welcome to close or delete this as the above answers was what I wanted to see.
I have seen far worse.
