My 95 corvettes horn blows when you pull on the steering wheel lightly. Any ideas?? How to repair ?.

The clock spring is a component inside the steering wheel that allows your horn buttons to work even when you've twisted the steering wheel all the way around. Because wires would twist themselves apart.

Short answer is you're not gonna be able to figure this one out without removing the steering wheel. Best of luck.

You might not have to pull the steering wheel itself but simply the airbag. The horn contacts, which are underneath, are simply held in by plastic and may have broken and turning the wheel maybe shorting/activating the horn. I would check that first and be sure to follow the procedure to de-activate the airbag. I would say what I did but..... writer assumes no responsibility or liability for actions undertaken by others.
