Hello everybody,
So I'm finally taking the plunge and getting the C4 painted here in a month and in the process of removing badges, trim and such, I've been attempting to reconcile a few problems here and there. My major concern is the oh so common window rub due to a broken window guide. During my tear down I found out that not only is the guide completely crumbled/broken but the L bracket stop is completely missing. Unfortunately it wasn't in the door either so I suppose the previous owner(s) said well to hell with this random piece.
I have looked alot for a replacement bracket but cannot find any for sale. Does anybody have a link to where I maybe able to purchase one? Or can some hero come to my rescue and send me some basic dimensions so I can fabricate one myself? I have attached a picture I found showing the bracket with felt on it.
