Hello friends how are you? I hope so Ok, my Corvette 1994 LT1 yesterday that I started with problems. They scanned it and it says the following (high resolution signal failed code 36), diagnosis Optisaprk failure, ask what Optispark do you recommend? ..
Assuming your optispark unit is the original factory part, I would use the rebuild service on eBay... someone else will chime in with the guy's name. Many people have gone through him, the work is excellent and the unit is fully tested before being shipped back. I think he even sends a video recording that shows the test of your particular unit. The Mitsubishi optical sensor is the most critical part, it should be reused if it's still good.
If yours is an aftermarket / non-OEM part, Sac City Corvettes and MSD are reported to sell decent replacement units. But nothing is as good as the original factory units.

optisparksolutions on eBay, or Petris Enterprises, or maybe Sac City Corvettes. DO NOT BUY AN OPTISPARK ANYWHERE ELSE. You will regret it.
Also make sure the optispark harness isn’t screwed up. If it’s the original part it could also be the issue rather than the optispark itself, and it’s far cheaper and easier to replace.
