Here’s a possibility, especially if the wiring harness tape and tubing is unraveling at all in that area. The harness plugs that fit the ICM and IAC are the same and can be mistakenly plugged into the other. Make sure that the harness plug with the pink wire is plugged into the ICM. I made this error myself recant it caused the symptoms you describe. Here are the two identical plugs which you can see are in the same general proximity.
If the ICM plug is correct, before you do anything else pull a spark plug or two and make sure they not fouled with raw gas or carbon. That can happen with repeated starting attempts that fail. Then you foul the plugs and get further messed up. If there fouling, pull all the plugs and either clean them good or replace them.
If the plugs are not fouled, try starting the car with the MAF unplugged. It will be in limp mode but normally still run and sustain. If it starts and runs with MAF unplugged, look for sensor failure or wiring problems in that area.
ive had a MAF short circuit problem that caused no start while spark and fuel were present
