Well, this weekend it got to 50 deg and the roads were dry so I took my clean, winter storage ready baby out for what was suppose to be a short spin. Three hours later, I found myself on some twisties in KY (paved cow paths, as I like to call them) and going around a nice corner it finally happened...
I caught 4 wheel drift for the first time!! The car was remarkable and felt just great through the turn. It was like it told me it was going to do it (know what I mean?) and then it did it. It never felt out-of-control, but it still scared the living poopie out of me. When it caught traction again, it did so gently and pointed in a nice straight line. Luckily a car wasn't coming from the other direction as it drifted over the center line a little.
I sure do :D and its a remarkable feeling isn't it?

I almost did one once... but I stopped just in time when I saw a champaigne colored Cadillac coming around the bend of the blind corner about 50 feet away. Talk about an "OH poopie!" feeling! :steering:
