No idea. If you can't find one at any of the typical auto parts stores, then I'd look for an '82 or '84 part out, or go to salvage yards (Try "Camarohaven") look for an '82, '83 or '84 CFI Camaro or Firebird and grab one.
OTHERWISE, you could simply run the EGR to ported vacuum like was done on carb'ed applications, or disconnect it entirely, and run it.
