Always helps to include the year of your car.

Thanks

Check the connections and the wiring on the drivers side door panel.
Odd that both sides stopped working at once.

Can you hear the motors at all?

My '87 lost both motors within a year. She was stuck in a cold garage for the winter and that was enough to kill the glue holding the motor magnets. That's right, still astonished, the magnets in the motors are held in place by GLUE. Wha?!??!

Odd that they both went bad at the same time, still possible with the glue problem. Or maybe one failed and you didn't know until you tried it.

I'd start at the window switches, but guessing you'll have to dive into the doors eventually.
