Default Wind noise
So my car makes a wierd whistling noise, it is coming from back edge of targa. It reminder my of blowing across a bottle but on steroids. It happens at high speeds and seems temp dependent. Happens at lower speed the hotter it is or if car sits in sun. Any ideas ?

What condition are the targa seals. How old?
Try adding material along the targa seals.
Bolt it back down. Take another cruise.

If the seal is dry, coat it with seal lube/coating.

If top is a bit "loose", adjust the latch to pull down the rear of the top a tad more..

Thanks, I will try the adjustment. The seal seems to be in good shape. Nice shape, still soft.
