LT1 pulses when cold

Good day everyone. I have a 93 with the LT1 of course. For the last couple weeks in the morning on the way to work, as I’m lucky enough to drive it daily, it has a stumble or pulse at low to mid throttle. On the way home after work it’s fine. So something to do with cold temperatures. I was thinking the fuel pressure regulator but I just checked and it looks fine. No leaking. Should I just change it out? Or anyone else experienced this and have a better idea??

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge.
I would not just change a part. Unless it failed. Or validated bad.
Do you have a scan tool. To montior TPS = throttle position. Or IAC = idle air. Sensors.

Unfortunately my scan tool only works in newer cars. I might have to invest in a another one.
