Default LT1 Books?

I've been through The Gospel According To Lingenfelter so many times the cover is starting to fall off, but due to the publication date, it's a little light on LT1 info.

Can somebody recommend a good text on LT1 teardown/rebuild and specifics? I'm looking for a hot-rodder's perspective more than a factory service manual here.

I picked up a copy of HPBooks "How to Rebuild Small-Block Chevy LT-1/LT-4 Engines" by Mike Mavrigian. Unfortunately for you this is step by step rebuilds back to factory specifications. 1992-1997 cars and trucks.
