Engine shutdown after 7min
hello my friends 😊
I have a problem with my 1994 c4, my car engine shut off after 7 minutes while driving or in park position.
I used my stopwatch and the car turns off exactly after 7 minutes.
when I bought this car 1 year ago, I already replaced the fuel pump, optispark ans ignition coil.
the engine turns on in a flash on the first try...but when it shuts down after 7 minutes, it takes longer to start......it took over 4,5 tries.
Please my friends, can anyone help me with this problem.

Change the ICM. Use heat sink paste. They are cheap. Does it have spark when it stops? Easy to check. Just pull any plug wire and insert another plug and ground it out while someone tries to start. Dan
