Need shop to replace clutch.
All,
I'm in the Washington DC area. I want to replace the entire clutch system in my 96CE.
Do you all know of a one-stop-shop that offers the parts (including flywheel) and installation?
I understand the FW will be converted.
I'm looking for a stock equivalent setup. I don't drag race.

How many miles are on your 96? If not too many it is possible your original DMF can be re-used, just won't know until the transmission is dropped. Unless you find a shop that is well versed in C4 Corvettes, they will likely look to you to supply the parts. There are tons of threads on here that discuss clutch, pressure plate, and flywheels. Just have search and read a lot. Here is what I found with a quick search.

It's about to hit 79K miles. The car is bone stock, however, the clutch chatters an insane amount, especially when backing up my driveway.
the are humming noises too when at steady speed on the highway. Something very concerning as well is the high level of vibrations I get after 2500 RPMs, especially under heavy throttle.
I just replaced the motor mounts and although the drivers side was cracked, they did fix the vibrations issue.

Thanks for the recommendations. I didn't realize I had 2 really good shops ( based on reviews) so close to me.
To be clear, I replaced the mounts as part of my program to update and replace 26 year old parts on this car. I did the work myself and figured I might be able to kill two birds with one shot regarding the mounts and vibrations.
Edit: on my previous post I meant to say the new mounts DID NOT fix the vibrations issue.
