Merging Tech and General

Just curious as to how many think having separate areas of discussion is a bit redundant. If this has been covered before, I guess I missed it. Over the years the two have become convoluted and there is cross posting in both. In addition, there are times when the same question is asked in both areas(often with different replies, muddying up the waters even more). I doubt that there are many here that only read or post in Tech/Performance and not General and vice versa. My thoughts are the two should be merged. Cover off all areas that interest you and move on to other things. Vote up top.

CF has never really been the place to discuss advanced technical topics. Most of the C4 guys that are into prom tuning post over at thirdgen.org. Well they did, even that is dead now.

gearhead-efi has some good content.
