Have you compared Nov 28 to what compnine.com might display when you enter the VIN. What does the 'window sticker' maybe hint that was also part of the NCM package.

that is not your build date, that is the date and time the build sheet info was entered into production. One of the drivers door stickers shows what month and year the car was built. Put you VIN into Compnine.com and that will tell you what day it was built.
